Bryce Harper tells pitcher say hello to my little friend

This basically just tells me that Bryce is getting tired of facing suck ass pitching in Low A and wants to be promoted. Are the Nats stupid or something that they won't promote this kid who already has 14 hr's and tearing the cover off the ball.
