Is ESPN Magazine serious about their franchise rankings

These are the categories in which the franchises were  based on. Official Rankings.

Bang For The Buck (BNG): Wins during the past three years (regular season plus postseason) per revenues directly from fans, adjusted for league schedules.

Fan Relations (FRL): Openness and consideration toward fans by players, coaches and management.

Ownership (OWN): Honesty and loyalty to core players and local community.

Affordability (AFF): Price of tickets, parking and concessions.

Stadium Experience (STX): Quality of arena and game-day promotions as well as friendliness of environment.

Players (PLA): Effort on the field and likability off it.

Coaching (CCH): Strength of on-field leadership.

Title Track (TTR): Championships already won or expected in the lifetime of current fans.

ESPN cannot be serious how the hell do you not a single Title Town USA team in the overall top 10. And whats even worse the best New England are the Patriots at 38. 38! What the fuck. Atleast the Patriots have the number 1 ranked coaching staff in all of sports. The rest of the of Boston based are as followed the Celtics at 40, Bruins 72, and Red Sox 79. I don't understand how the Bruins and Red Sox are ranked so low they have on the of best followings and on track to contend for years to come with young talent coming through and contributing. The Celtics are a different story I can why number 40 just for the fact they are getting older and probably only have one more year of serious contention.

But this is what gets me so pissed look at who is number 2......Tampa Bay Lightning and number 9....Memphis Grizzles. These teams barely contend for playoffs every year. I don't know about you guys but this is some bogus ranking system ESPN came up with.
