Is this recently drafted player related to the biggest gimmick player ever

It's not a gimmick the Padres drafted the great-nephew of Eddie Gaedel not for a gimmick but he can really play.  Kyle Gaedele is proud to be related to Eddie Gaedel no matter how small of a player he was. "Gaedele, whom the Padres picked in 6th round of the draft on Tuesday afternoon, is a great-nephew of 3-foot-7 Eddie Gaedel, the shortest (and lightest) player in major league history and star of its greatest stunt." To not take away from Kyle is a pretty decent player and no slouch to picked in the 6th round you have to be pretty good since there are so many rounds in the MLB draft. He might not blow you away with his stats but they are pretty decent given the team he was on. Atleast he can say now he is in the Pro's for his talents and not for a gimmick like his great-uncle was.
