Soccer player answers phone during match

I guess he had a important phone call that couldn't miss or he just found out he had some kind of sexually transmitted disease that needed to be told. I could give two shits about soccer to me its boring and lacks excitement since  one goal is usually scored.

Ref come on how do you not give this shithead a yellow card for not even playing the freaking ball and intentionally tripping the opposing player. Blow the whistle!
