This isn't so far fetched to think. It has a some life to it since Pujols could potentially take over for Papi at DH after this year and platoon him with Adrian at First as well or even be our first baseman if we can't agree to a contract extension with Adrian but that most likely won't happen since the sides are close to announcing an agreement before the season starts.The money isn't an issue for the Sox since we can go out and spend whatever we want and we usually get that person especially we would be saving a boatload of money from impending free agency of JD Drew as well as I-Sucky . If we end up getting Albert our lineup would be nasty!!!!!!!

Absolutely murderers row except for the last three hitters but the last three in the order have potential to be decent it not above average hitters in the league.
